In 2014, I found myself confronting a major life and career transition of my own. Our 2nd son had just been born, and I felt my values starkly shift from mainly seeking success and fulfillment in my career, to building in space for my family and greatest talents.
I recall the stark feeling of wanting to hurl after I put in my notice at my job over ten years ago. It felt incredibly daunting to contemplate leaving everything I knew behind to navigate the uncharted territory of a new career path.
Heck, pursuing your dreams, experimenting, and setting goals takes a lot of courage, and feeling uncertain about it ahead of time is perfectly normal. Yet, I’m so happy that I took the leap all those years ago.
Since 2014, I’ve been helping hundreds of clients with executive coaching, leadership development, and navigating their career and life transitions.
