In 2014, I found myself confronting a major life and career transition of my own. Our 2nd son had just been born, and I felt my values starkly shift from mainly seeking success and fulfillment in my career, to building in space for my #1 clients — my awesome husband and our two amazing sons.
I recall the stark feeling of wanting to hurl after I put my notice into my job over 7-years ago. It felt really scary to contemplate leaving everything I knew, in order to navigate uncharted territory.
Heck, going after your dreams, experimenting, and activating goals takes a lot of courage, and feeling uncertain about it ahead of time is perfectly normal. Yet, I’m so happy I took the leap all those years ago.
Today, I’ve build a successful coaching practice, and I get to spend plenty of time with my family. I feel more purposeful and passionate about the value I bring to the world than ever before, and I cannot WAIT to help YOU do it too.
